Dr Quickly: It seems my high-concept "BYOELOI" restaurant was an utter failure! Instead of "Bring Your Own Entire List Of Ingredients" it should stand for "Barrel Yields Overcoat Equivalence, Lessens Obvious Indigence." SIGH.
